Our Approach — Op. Dr. Burak Olgun
A nose that was always yours
The face you arrive with is already balanced in ways that are easy to overlook. Our work is to notice them. The aim is not to impose a new shape, but to ease away the one detail that drew your eye in the mirror — and to leave everything else as it was.
This is what we mean by preservation. Preserve what works. Refine only what is needed. The result should look like you on a good day, not like someone else.
We begin by listening
Before any technique is chosen, there is a conversation. We want to understand what brought you here, what you would change, and — just as importantly — what you would never want touched. A plan is built around your anatomy and your goals, not around a single fixed template.
Some features carry a family resemblance, a character, a history. Knowing which ones matter to you is part of the planning, and you set the terms.
Refine only what is needed
The honest path is rarely the most dramatic one. Where the natural structure of the nose is sound, it is kept and supported rather than removed and rebuilt. Preservation and “let-down” techniques work with the existing framework; ultrasonic, piezo instruments allow precise reshaping of bone while protecting the tissue around it; a closed approach avoids an external incision where it suits the case.
Each of these is a tool, not a promise. Which one is appropriate — if any — is decided for your nose specifically, and discussed plainly with you. Suitability and results vary from person to person, and surgery is never the only honest answer.
Restraint as a principle
We favour subtlety over spectacle. A natural outcome is one that breathes well, sits comfortably within the rest of the face, and does not announce itself. Refinement should respect your character rather than rewrite it.
That restraint extends to how we talk with you. We will tell you what is realistic, what is uncertain, and where the limits lie. Clear expectations are part of a good result.
Care that continues
Surgery is one moment in a longer process. Considered follow-up, honest guidance through recovery, and a calm point of contact for your questions belong to the work from the first consultation onward.
If any of this feels familiar, you are welcome to begin a quiet conversation on WhatsApp and tell us what you have in mind. There is no obligation — only clarity.
